I'M INTERESTED IN THE CONTROLLED ACCESS OF A GATED COMMUNITY. DOES IRONBRIDGE HAVE GATED AREAS?
Yes, Ironbridge currently has a gated area with 90 lots that border the Twin Oaks Country Club Golf Course where residents can enjoy magnificent views of the golf course year round.
WHAT AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS OF IRONBRIDGE?
Residents of Ironbridge enjoy an extensive community area with a pavilion, swimming pool, wading pool, spa, tennis courts, basketball courts and sand volleyball courts.
WHAT ARE THE IRONBRIDGE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION DUES?
